Fees & Billing Structure

All fee terms are disclosed in writing prior to commencement of services and confirmed under written scope authorization.
Services are billed on a project-based basis unless otherwise specified in writing.

Travel, when required, is billed at the pre-agreed rate set forth in the engagement documentation.

Expedited handling, when requested and authorized, is confirmed in writing prior to commencement of such services.

Invoices include a service summary reflecting the authorized scope of work performed.

No charges are incurred without written authorization.

Engagements begin only after written scope and documented authorization are confirmed. Materials are not accepted for transfer until handling and access methods are agreed in writing.
