What to include in your email
- Your role (attorney / insurer / corporate / individual)
- Matter name and any deadlines
- What question the evidence needs to answer
- Media details (device type, model if known, capacity, condition)
- How the media has been handled so far (important for risk)
Do not send sensitive files as attachments until we confirm the appropriate transfer method. After initial screening, a secure transfer option can be arranged if needed.
